1. Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the trip start date to avoid penalties.

• Cancellations made less than 20 days before the trip will not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy:

• You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the trip.

• Refunds requested within 7 days of the trip start date will not be processed.

• Refunds (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases:

• No-show on the day of the trip

• Partial cancellation or early departure

• Services already availed
